Position: Customer Service Specialist
Working location: Shanghai, Foshan
Job Duties:
1、Responsible for the client's daily entrusted inspection and testing business and contract review.
2、Responsible for communication and follow-up with the laboratory and reporting team during the testing process
3、Provide technical consulting services and testing quotation programs based on customer needs, maintenance and customer relations
4、Responsible for receiving and handling customer complaints;
5、Responsible for docking customers' payment;
6、Complete other tasks assigned by superiors
Job requirements:
1、College degree or above, textile, clothing and other related majors are preferred.
2、Work experience in the textile industry or familiarity with the industry is preferred.
3、Attentive, strong sense of responsibility, good communication and coordination skills, and teamwork spirit.
