C-UTS (China National Textile And Apparel Council Testing Center ),was established in 2002, is an authoritative,impartial and professional third-party,the services include inspection, testing and certification.

C-UTS has obtained recognition from major accreditation bodies and industry associations,such as China National Accreditation Service (CNAS) ,United States Consumer Product Safety Commission(CPSC) and white list management system accredited laboratory exported to Japan. C-UTS is the only designated testing laboratory of Lenzing  Austria in China. 

C-UTS is also a strategic partner of many international standards institutions ,it has obtained the first authorization of AATCC and conducted remote training the AATCC standard in China,authorized by SDC and become the first training institution in China and ever authorized by ASTM International to become the first ASTM standard training institution in China. C-UTS is the only Chinese version editor of AATCC technical manual.The test reports issued by C-UTS are widely recognized in all ILAC member countries.
