During Production Inspection

During production inspection will be conducted when the 10%-20% of the production is completed.

- randomly select the sample from each process flow and finished products, check for any defects and deviation from client specification, evaluate product for safety, design, function, appearance, and performance.

- suggest practical and effective ways to rectify any identified flaw, provides advice on the corrective measures to ensure a uniform batch of product with good quality.

- evaluate the production status and forecast if the shipment is in accordance with the schedule.

- pick up representative production sample per client’s requirement.
