Pre-Production Inspection

The pre-production inspection was conducted before actual production commence.

Incoming Quality Control

- Check raw material against the approved sample, purchase order and specification provided by client.

- Randomly select a number of initial output and semi-finished products to identify any potential defect.

- Provide technical advice to the factory for corrective and improvement measures.

- Pick up representative material or component sample per client’s requirement.
